A bench comprising of Justice Arun Mishra, Justice B.R.Gavai and Justice Krishan Murari dismissed the PIL seeking preservation of artifacts recovered from Ram Janmabhoomi site in Ayodhya stating that court has already given its verdict in the Ayodhya case and the PIL is an attempt to overreach the judgment. The bench also imposed Rs. 1 lakh each on both the petitioner to be paid within one month from Monday.
