A bench comprising of Justices Arun Mishra, BR Gavai and Krishna Murari granted a limited relief with respect to registration of BS-IV vehicles as their registration during the lockdown could not be made but was sold. This order applies to whole country except Delhi-NC as it was categorically laid down that there will be absolutely no registration of BS-IV vehicles in Delhi-NCR post-March 31,2020.
