The bench of Justices DY Chandrachud, Indu Malhotra and KM Joseph in the response of the PIL filed Advocate Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay dismissed the same by stating that that this petition can’t be considered under Article 32 and gave the liberty to the petitioner to use other remedies available under the law.
