As the LPR (Labour Participation Rate) goes down in 19 states, the need of the hour is to promote employment through different schemes by creating job opportunities and making aware the individuals about the job opportunities available.
For the same concern, government of Karnataka has initiated “Skill Connect Forum” which seeks to connect job seekers with job employers on a common platform.
This portal works as a market to connect job seekers with employers to abridge the gap between them.
