The PIL which claims Rs 1900 crore are lost every day due to public sector banks not invoking personal guarantees of big corporate loan defaulters was has been filed by Senior Lawyer Manan Mishra in the Supreme Court. In the response of which court replied that first seek a response from Ministry of Finance and then come back to the court and the MOF have been directed to reply to the said representation within a period of four weeks after receiving such representation.
